We specialise in large scale funds where special requirements are needed. Such as restricted rules or regulations for the funds to be used. It may be governmental funds dedicated to infrastructure projects or funds with clauses of special rules for the funds or trusts to include humanitarian projects in their portfolios.

Investors
We take care of interested investors according to their wishes and needs and try to find the right project from our portfolio according to the investor's ideas in order to achieve the maximum possible for both sides. Investor, funds or trusts can discuss with us their special needs.
Blue Door Investments can act as a mandate to execute investors wishes and needs in many different levels.

Project Managers
We check every project submitted to us by a project developer or project manager. We perform a proper Due Diligence to determine to what extent we can include such a project in our portfolio. We provide corresponding estimates to what extent we can foresee a chance of realization with the portfolio of our investors.
Blue Door Investments work together with project managers to make the projects qualify for the required funds.

Plan B
Although we are confident in the ways and strategies we’re following to merge the projects with the capital, we also create a Plan B scenario which secures as well the positions and standing of the involved institutions as well as the involved private persons.
For the individuals involved in the projects we have partnered with wealth management platforms that can make the individuals money grow with up to a few hundred percent annually.
This is the Plan B - to cover the individuals in the project as well as the projects itself.
